Pittsburgh Parking Authority To Raise Weekday Rates This November

PITTSBURGH (KDKA)– Commuters will soon pay more to park in the City of Pittsburgh.The Pittsburgh Parking Authority has announced that it will be raising parking rates starting November 1.
