Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto pushes self-driving vehicle restrictions

Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto said Tuesday he is continuing to work with Uber and other operators of self-driving vehicles in the city to follow his recommendation to operate at 25 miles an hour or less until the state adopts formal testing and operating regulations.
