Pittsburgh bound flight diverted due to multiple in-flight injuries

A Allegiant Air flight bound for Pittsburgh from Punta Cana was diverted to Fort Lauderdale International Airport Thursday afternoon due to injuries sustained on-board by flight crew and passengers during the flight due to turbulence.
