Pittsburgh-Area Restaurant Owner Charged With Immigration Violations
PITTSBURGH (AP) – Authorities say a western Pennsylvania businessman has been charged with harboring and transporting people who weren’t legally in the country and who worked at his restaurants.
Federal prosecutors said a two-count federal grand jury indictment unsealed Monday names 44-year-old Xing Zheng Lin, also known as Steve Lin.
