Pitt Chancellor recommends renaming Parran Hall

University of Pittsburgh Chancellor Patrick Gallagher is recommending to school trustees that they rename a hall that has honored a now-deceased U.S. health figure and Pitt dean because of his role in the infamous Tuskegee experiments on unsuspecting African-American men.
