Pirates Place Polanco On 10-Day Injured List

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Pirates have placed outfielder Gregory Polanco on the 10-day IL with left shoulder inflammation.To replace Polanco, outfielder Jason Martin has been recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis.This is the second time Martin has been with the Pirates this season, in his debut in April he had a .229 batting average, two doubles, and two RBIs in 17 games.
