PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Pirates have placed right-handed pitcher on the paternity list.In a corresponding move, pitcher Parker Markel has been recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis.Markel has gone 1-0 with a 0.00 ERA in three innings during two relief appearances.He was claimed off waivers in July from the Seattle Mariners.
