DUBOIS, Pa. (KDKA) – A state police trooper died on-duty after suffering a medical emergency.On Tuesday, Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Colonel Robert Evanchick announced the death of Trooper Monty Mitchell, who was assigned to Troop C, DuBois.
