PennDOT: Reopening Of HOV Lanes Delayed Due To Technical Issue

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The HOV Lanes in Pittsburgh were supposed to reopen on Wednesday at 6:00 a.m., but PennDOT has said the reopening is delayed due to a technical issue.They have not said when that issue could be resolved or when the lanes will fully reopen.The lanes on the Parkway North were supposed to open at 6:00 a.m. to inbound traffic during the morning rush and then outbound traffic during the evening rush.Two or more people are required to be in your vehicle
