PennDOT, Port Authority to determine whether Emsworth bridge project used improper steel braces

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Port Authority are reviewing whether all the steel braces used during last year’s rehabilitation of the Center Avenue Bridge in Emsworth meet PennDOT safety standards.
