Parkway West Crash Impacting Morning Commute

CARNEGIE (KDKA) – A multi-vehicle crash has reduced the inbound side of the Parkway West to one lane.
According to state police, the crash happened near the Carnegie exit around 7 a.m.
One lane of traffic is slowly getting by in the area.
