Parkway Central Closed Due To Flooding, Water Rescues Underway

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Parkway Central is closed and water rescues are underway after motorists became trapped in floodwater on the roadway.

That part of the roadway is known as “the bathtub.”

A man had to stand on top of his vehicle as rescue crews performed a water rescue using ropes to pull him up.
