Paralyzed Pittsburgh cyclist's world record dream dashed by rough road

BORREGO SPRINGS, Calif. — Inspirational Pittsburgh hand-cyclist Attila Domos’ attempt to set a 24-hour world record came to an abrupt end Saturday morning when he had to withdraw from the race here in the Sonora Desert because of concussion-like symptoms.
