Pa. State System of Higher Education announces new degree programs

Leadership of Pennsylvania's state-owned universities Monday announced a second wave of new degree programs under an expedited approval process, bringing to 21 the number of new degrees unveiled since January as those schools work to match more of their campus offerings to high-demand careers.
