Pa. Man Convicted Of Sexually Abusing Dead Stepdaughter Is Sued

EASTON, Pa. (AP) – A Pennsylvania man who was convicted of murdering his stepdaughter and then having sex with her corpse is being sued by the woman’s family.
The husband of 33-year-old Jessica Padgett filed a wrongful death lawsuit that names Gregory Graf as the defendant on Thursday in Northampton County Court.
Graf, now 55, is serving a life sentence in Fayette County after he was found guilty of first-degree murder in the fatal November 2014 shooting of Padgett, his stepdaughter.
