Pa. lawmakers try to keep pace with self-driving cars

HARRISBURG — Laws will never be nimble enough to keep up with the rapid innovations of the automated vehicle industry, said representatives of car and technology companies at a hearing Tuesday during which they urged legislators to be flexible as they craft the state’s first laws specific to self-driving cars.
