Pa. lawmakers race the clock on session's last voting day

HARRISBURG — Lawmakers raced through the evening Wednesday to push through key legislation before the end of the General Assembly’s two-year session, but prospects were dimming for passage of a controversial bill making changes to the state’s debt-plagued pension funds.
