Officials: Alleged Drunk Driver Slams Into 8 Vehicles In Mt. Washington

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Pittsburgh Police arrested Andre Mills, 48, for allegedly driving drunk and crashing into eight parked cars in Mount Washington.
Mills now faces charges for drunk driving, driving without a license, driving without insurance, possession of contraband, and damaging property.
