Obituary: Jay William Speyerer / A wizard with words — written or spoken — and photography

His friends dubbed him “The Mark Twain of Pittsburgh,” because of his sharp wit, sense of humor and love of speaking and writing. Jay William Speyerer was the founder of Legacy Road Communications, which helped people leave a written legacy for loved ones. He also was the author of several books including “The Stories of Our Days, Cat Got Your Thumb?” and “Home Cats: A Camera Phone Documentary.”
