North Allegheny weighs cutting third-grade orchestra lessons to save money

Sitting under a banner proclaiming the district one of the “best communities for music education,” North Allegheny administrators and board members discussed whether it was worth saving $115,000 a year to eliminate orchestra lessons in third grade.
