National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Predicts Wet Pittsburgh Winter With Above-Average Temperatures

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts a wet and warm winter for Pittsburgh.
The organization issued its December through February outlook for temperature, precipitation, and drought on Thursday.
