Mt. Lebanon commissioners tackle overnight parking

Mt. Lebanon commissioners on Monday tackled several thorny issues involving parking, including approval of a permanent ban on parking in the Main Entrance Drive area on weekday mornings. Members also reached a consensus on overnight parking rules.
