Mouse Droppings, Flies Lead To Health Code Violations At Pitt’s Cathedral Cafe

OAKLAND (KDKA) — The Allegheny County Health Department has cited Pitt’s Cathedral Cafe for eight health code violations.Pitt News reports the cafe received one high-risk, two medium risk and five low-risk violations.Of the eight reported violations, three pertained to pest management problems, including mouse droppings on top of and inside a case of plastic cups, in dry storage and behind an ice machine. There were also small flies at a hand washing sink.
