More Than 100 Animals Rescued From Home In Brookline

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Animal control officers spent much of the afternoon rescuing more than 100 animals from a home in Brookline.
Police went to the house on Bayridge Avenue to evict a woman but discovered the animals.
They removed more than 150 birds, seven dogs, 10 cats, 14 ferrets, as well as a turtle, a guinea pig and a bearded dragon from the home.
The homeowner and her daughter will face animal cruelty charges.
