CENTER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — A massive gas line explosion has prompted early morning evacuations in Beaver County.

A Beaver County emergency official has confirmed that there was a gas line explosion around 5 a.m. in the area of Ivy Lane in Center Township. Police have shut down the intersection of Broadhead Road and Ivy Lane because of the incident.
