Man, Woman Overdose With Small Kids In Van

ROSTRAVER (KDKA) — Police discovered a man and woman unresponsive at a Rostraver gas station with two small children inside the vehicle.
According to a criminal complaint, Rostraver Police were called to an Exxon on Rostraver Road for the report of a man and woman in a domestic dispute.
When they arrived, they found John Michael Risher Jr. and Megan Maria Watson unresponsive in the area of the vehicle.
