Man Wanted For Child Abuse Arrested In Greene County

GREENE COUNTY (KDKA) – Police in Greene County captured a man that was wanted for child abuse.According to police, Donald Kelly assaulted a 17-year-old girl, choking her to the point of losing consciousness.Police say the girl had texted a friend about the incident and the friend then alerted police.
