Man Wanted After Shooting In Arlington Heights Surrenders

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A man, considered by police to be armed and dangerous following his involvement in a shooting last week in Arlington Heights, is now in police custody.
Pittsburgh Police obtained an arrest warrant for 25-year-old Elliott Blackwell late Tuesday night. On Wednesday afternoon, Blackwell – accompanied by his attorney – turned himself into Allegheny County Sheriff’s deputies.
