WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. (KDKA) – Police have filed charges against a Ligonier Township man who allegedly set his own house on fire Friday night.Ligonier Township Police reported that Robert A. Forgie, 66, who lived his house on Cool Springs Lane alone is now facing charges of arson, dangerous burning and risking a catastrophe.
