RACCOON TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — A man has been rescued by crews after his kayak flipped in the water, Beaver County Dispatch confirmed.A man was kayaking in Raccoon Creek near Raccoon Creek Road in Raccoon Township when his kayak overturned.
