Man Paralyzed After Assault Outside Downtown McDonald’s Files Lawsuit

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A man who was paralyzed following a violent assault outside a McDonald’s downtown is suing the restaurant and its parent corporation.
According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Marc Conn filed the lawsuit, saying he suffered from three fractured vertebrae, paralysis and quadriplegia from a blind-side hit from an employee.Six people, including three employees, face criminal charges for the assault.READ MORE:Attorney: Man Paralyzed In Violent Ass
