Man Is Dangling Out Of Tree After Kayak Capsized

POTTER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — A man is currently dangling out of a tree after his kayak was overturned, Beaver County confirmed.A man was kayaking in Raccoon Creek near Raccoon Creek Road in Potter Township when his kayak overturned and capsized. There is no word about any other kayakers being involved.The incident was called in at 1:08 p.m. Sunday.
