PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Penn Avenue has reopened from 27th to 28th streets after a shooting.A man was shot just after 9:00 p.m. in the 2700 block of Penn Avenue.When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man with a gunshot wound to his head.He is in a local hospital in critical condition.Pittsburgh Police are investigating.Stay With KDKA.com For More Details
