Man Admits To Raping 12-Year-Old Daughter, Gets 60 Days In Jail

GLASGOW, Mont. (KDKA) — A Montana man has been given a suspended 30-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to raping his 12-year-old daughter.
According to CBS News, District Judge John McKeon sentenced the man to 60 days in jail for incest, giving him credit for 17 already served. He was also ordered to complete community-based sex-offender treatment and register as a sex offender.
He has not being identified, in an attempt to protect his victim’s identity.
