Lowrie Street Bridge In Troy Hill Officially Reopens

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – City leaders officially reopened the Lowrie Street Bridge in Troy Hill on Saturday.The bridge over Rialto Street was closed last summer to be replaced due to the 70s-era structure.Activist groups in Troy Holl said they’re happy to see one of their main routes open once again.
