Judicial board accuses Beaver County district judge of misconduct

The Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board accused Beaver County District Judge Andrew M. Hladio of misconduct spanning the past six years and filed a petition seeking his interim suspension in a complaint filed Wednesday in the Court of Judicial Discipline.
