Judge Denies Injunction That Would’ve Forced Giant Eagle To Change Mask Policy

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Giant Eagle will not be forced to change its mask policy because of a lawsuit — at least not yet.
Lawyers who say the policy violates the Americans With Disabilities Act were seeking an injunction.
On Friday, a judge rejected that, saying Giant Eagle gives customers alternatives like face shields or curbside delivery.
The case is expected to continue.
