In Pittsburgh's District 8, proving candidate Rennick Remley's residency is elusive

Rennick Remley, the Republican running in a City Council special election, did not appear at a Tuesday morning court hearing in which lawyers argued over his whereabouts. And during the hour-long hearing before Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Joseph James, solid evidence proving his domicile was almost as elusive.
