Hulton Bridge Construction Nears Completion

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A Thursday afternoon downpour on the Hulton Bridge was an accent to what crews have been dealing with the last couple of weeks as they try to get the roadway ready.
“Yeah, weather impacted us, we were hoping to have it open this week,” said PennDOT spokesman Steve Cowan.
