House, Senate bills differ on whether to preserve tax credit program

WASHINGTON -- It financed a boutique hotel in East Liberty, a neighborhood grocery in the Hill District, a nonprofit food pantry in the East End, a charter school Downtown and much more. But now the federal tax credit program that has brought the city hundreds of millions in investment is in jeopardy.
