Hours-Long Homewood Standoff Ends, Suspect Still Sought

HOMEWOOD (KDKA) – A standoff in Pittsburgh’s Homewood neighborhood has ended, but the suspect has not been apprehended.
According to officials, the incident started around 6:45 a.m. in the 7300 block of Stranahan Street. It came to an end around 1 p.m.
The SWAT team and Pittsburgh Police fired more than 30 flash bangs in the front and back of the house.
