Highland Park Dam Being Searched After Kayaks Found In Water

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Police and river rescue crews are searching the waters around the Highland Park Dam this evening.
They were called out around 6 p.m. over reports of two kayaks being found in the water.
There’s no word whether the kayaks were unmanned and broke away or whether people were in them.
