Heavy Rain Leads To Flooded Roads

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Heavy rain led to flooding and closed roads Monday morning.
PennDOT closed down Union Avenue in Bellevue but opened it back up before noon as the water receded.It was a similar story across the county with a few isolated incidents. In Millvale, Commercial Street had rising waters. Seavey Road in Shaler and Rochester Road in Franklin Park were both closed due to rising waters.
