KENNEDY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) — A garbage truck is on fire in Kennedy Township.

The vehicle is on fire Friday near mile marker 62 on Interstate 79 in the northbound lane. Fire crews are on the scene.
The left lane of the highway remains open at this time.
