Four Juveniles Arrested In Connection To Target Parking Garage Carjacking

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Pittsburgh Police say they have arrested four juveniles in connection to a carjacking inside a Target parking garage.They have been admitted to Shuman Juvenile Detention Center.
