Flooding across Pittsburgh area, among thunderstorms

Flood and thunderstorm advisories were issued for Westmoreland and Allegheny counties as storms moved through the area Sunday afternoon. A flash flood advisory for the South Hills is scheduled to expire at 9:45 p.m.
