Firefighters Called To North Side After Wires Spark During Building Demolition

NORTH SIDE (KDKA) — Firefighters were called to Pittsburgh’s North Side after wires started sparking while crews were demolishing a building Friday afternoon.
It happened on Armandale Street near Garfield Avenue.

While crews were tearing down a building, some of the falling bricks struck a utility pole, shearing it in half and causing wires to spark.
