Fire Breaks Out At Pittsburgh Techincal College

OAKDALE, Pa. (KDKA) — The fire started at an apartment unit inside the Westpointe Apartments in Robinson Township. KDKA spoke to a student who lives inside who said he jumped out of his apartment window.
