DUQUESNE (KDKA) – The Duquesne-McKeesport Bridge was damaged after a dump truck with its bed up hit the bottom of the bridge.The bridge was closed for a brief period of time as the scene was cleared.The truck was stuck under the bridge for a time and the collision.
