Dunkin' Donuts to open W. Chestnut St. location Monday

Heartland Restaurant Group, the Pittsburgh-based franchisee for Dunkin' Donuts in Southwestern Pennsylvania, said it will hold a grand opening Monday of its newest Dunkin' Donuts unit at 1271 W.
